Diktamos is a fantastic 145 sqm.m. villa in a 3000 private fenced plot located 15km from Rethymno town, just 1 km from the beach, and within walking distance to local cafes and traditional taverns. The plot is fully planted with olive trees, lawn areas, and a big variety of fruit trees, vegetables, and herb plants, all at your disposal to take and use in your meals.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor, with two single beds) and two bedrooms on the first floor (one with a double bed and one with two single beds). Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
