The house is located within a plot of 16000 m2 ensuring total privacy in an idyllic rural environment.
Outside you can find a great area of synthetic grass that flows around the chlorine swimming pool. The 13 x 3,5 pool has a depth from 1.20 to 1.70 and has access from the completely equipped terrace and porch which includes barbecue. All this area is ideal to enjoy lunches and dinners in the outside.
The 200 m2 single-story house has a functional architecture following the Mallorcan style. The living - dining room is prepared for 10 people and the in kitchen is gas and fully equipped. The living area presents comfortable sofas and pellet stove for the colder days, and it has direct access to the outside terrace and swimming pool. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
