A masterpiece of style and design, the open interior showcases vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and comfortable, coastal chic furniture, as well as an in-home elevator for added convenience. A center island with seating anchors the well-equipped kitchen - complete with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while an ornate chandelier illuminates the adjacent dining nook. The kitchen sink even boasts a reverse osmosis water filtration system, meaning fresh water is always available to you. You’ll find more space to serve home-cooked meals in the gorgeous dining room. There’s also a living area with a TV on both floors (there is a 70” TV in the main floor living room), providing ample space for families or large groups to spread out. The first-floor main bedroom features a sprawling en suite, complete with a double vanity, soaking tub, and stunning walk-in shower. There is also a 50” TV, Peloton bike, an expansive walk-in closet, large enough to fit an air mattress, Pack ’N Play, or crib. The main bedroom also has an adjacent covered patio seating area. Upstairs, you’ll find a second main bedroom with a private en suite (shower/tub), the bunk room, and another bedroom with two double beds. A washer/dryer and central air conditioning provide a layer of comfort during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Kid-friendly extras include games, toys, and books. Streaming services are available using your own account. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
