On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a nicely decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities. The spacious open plan design lends a bright and airy atmosphere. Sizeable doors open onto the spacious private patio. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying an outdoor meal. On this floor, you will also find a small bathroom. A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find two charmingly furnished bedrooms with wardrobes and one beautiful tiled bathroom with modern fittings. You have access to balconies with wonderful views. In the house there is air condition in the bedrooms and electrical under floor heating system in living room, kitchen and bathroom.
