The outdoors are idyllic and it disposes of a chlorine 8x6m swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 0.20m to 1.80m and an external shower. Beside this swimming pool, there is a chill-out area and a porch, where you can prepare tasty barbecues with your loved ones.
The property is divided in two floors and the common areas are big and lifted up. At the ground floor, there is a comfortable dining-room with a satellite TV and air conditioning, and the gas open kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
