This beautiful finca offers a dreamy gardened exterior area. The well cared and green lawn surrounds the impressive building and the fabulous infinity chlorine pool, which is perfect for the hottest days. It sizes 10 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. It also features an exterior shower, 12 sun loungers and two Bali beds where you can relax after a delicious barbecue. Imagine yourself enjoying the nature and peace under the full moon and the stars. The property has more than 18000 m2, so it can accommodate up to 3 houses without disturbing your total privacy. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
