Welcome to this charming villa in Cala de Sant Vicenç for up to 8 people.
The exteriors are lovely. You can cool off in the chlorinated 8 x 4 m pool (with 1.6 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.9 m at deep end). There is a small garden, a terrace with deck-chairs, and a small fully-furnished porch of 14 m2 where you can spend great evenings with family and friends.
This two-storey house of 200 m2 has four bedrooms: one double-bedded on ground floor, with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath; and three twin-bedded on the first floor (two with an en-suite bathroom each, one with shower and one with a bath and the other one with a wardrobe). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A cot is available if needed. Apart from the en-suite bathrooms, there is also a toilet on the ground floor. The living-dining room is very charming and includes two sofas, satellite TV, a fireplace, a table with chairs...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
