Located in the heart of Telluride’s historic district with easy walking distance to everything Telluride has to offer, this quiet upstairs apartment is the perfect romantic getaway.
Enter the apartment by walking up the sidewalk at the left (west) side of the ’home’ and then up the stairs to the right. Enter the dining room/living room, with vaulted ceilings and wonderful mountain views of Mendota Peak. In the living room are a gas fireplace, a 46-inch flat-screen HD/LCDTV w/VCR, and a stereo with a CD player. The dining table seats up to six guests. Down a short hall is the kitchen with black granite countertops, a kitchen island, a TV, and a cozy breakfast nook. Here is where you will find the 1/2 bath and a washer/dryer.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
