The Tavern Home sits conveniently in the corner of West Pacific Avenue and Davis Street in the historic district of Telluride. Located just two blocks from the Telluride ski lifts, this home is perfectly situated for winter ski trips as well as summer adventures! Plus, this elegant home comes with TWO ski passes that are valid for the duration of any stay. The Tavern House was once a popular bar called West End Tavern, and before that, Liemgruebers, imbuing the atmosphere with decades of merriment before being completely reborn as a luxury home. It was even featured on an episode of HGTV’s "House Hunters" in 2014!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
