The master bedroom upstairs boasts a king size bed, luxury bedding and furniture, a walk in closet and dual vanity master ensuite. Your kid’s will love the special children’s room with custom Mickey Mouse mural and dual bunk beds. You will love cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and waterfall edge quartz countertops. At the end of the day take a dip in the private fully screened in heatable plunge pool and enjoy sunshine all day long with the unit’s west facing orientation....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions.
