Property Manager Douro LAS House is a holiday home with a private pool in the Douro, a detached villa, in the Douro region, in Sedielos, with 5 bedrooms and a fantastic infinity pool.
The villa is fully equipped and is ideal for leisure stays with family or groups of friends. With an area of over 250 m2, it has 5 rooms and can accommodate 10 people in total comfort.
The rooms allow an extra bed to be placed in each, which allows us to accommodate a maximum of 15 people. All rooms are en-suite and there is also a bathroom to support the common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen). All have free amenities at their disposal. No need to worry about bringing sheets or towels, we’ll have everything ready for you on arrival!
All rooms have a balcony facing the outdoor area where the swimming pool and the fantastic vineyards are located.
The entire house has WiFi access and cable TV.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
