Set in an elevated position above Marbella’s famous Golden Mile, Monte Paraiso is one of the most exclusive communities on the Costa del Sol.
This superb gated complex has 24 hours manned security, five pools (one indoors and heated), a fully equipped gym, saunas, squash court, substantial and manicured tropical gardens, children’s play area and an on-site restaurant (in Summer). This huge apartment is one of the best on the community (it was the show flat) and is super spacious, bright and luxurious with an amazing south facing terrace that has great views and all day sun.
We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
