Carpeting in the living area was replaced with beautiful plank flooring in 2021. An over-sized balcony is the perfect space to enjoy the sunshine during the day, cool ocean breeze at night or to just sit back and relax on one of two chaise lounges that are tucked away on this semi-private space; definitely a favorite with the guests! The living and dining areas are open and spacious offering spectacular views of Atlantic coast. A well equipped kitchen offers everything you’ll need to prepare a meal or two at home, including a wine fridge for the connoisseurs in the house! For your enjoyment and entertainment there are HDTV’s in every room and a DVD player. Staying in this oceanfront vacation retreat is sure to be a vacation you will talk about for years to come. End your day in one of two elegant oceanfront suites, each with a king-size bed. One offers an in-suite bathroom featuring a corner jetted whirlpool tub and the other has direct access to the balcony. With a queen-size sleeper sofa in the additional sitting room, this unit will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The Myrtle Beach Airport is conveniently located only 13.5 miles away! Please Note: Guests can enjoy the whirlpool and heated bi-level pool at Margate Tower. However, the resort fitness center, Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests. We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
