A new family villa located in Sesmarias, just 500m from some local restaurants and mini-markets, offering good outdoor space, great pool area, surrounded by lawns situated in a peaceful setting yet only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach at Castelo (2km) and the bars, beach and restaurants of the resort of Albufeira and Gale beach.
On the ground floor there’s a bright open-plan lounge, dining room which is a cool and light space due to patio doors which lead to the pool. Lounge furniture includes a comfy sofa and armchair, a TV and DVD player showing a selection of English channels, and, in the dining area, a wood and glass table and chairs and also benefits from free WiFi. Also, on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table.
To the first floor you will find the three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all of which are en-suite.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
