This beautiful villa offers a large, heatable and private swimming pool, sea views and a sauna. The villa is tastefully decorated and located south from Lisbon and on a short distance to the beach. The area is offering lots of nature and stunning beaches. You can make a beautiful walk to the beach, or go to the beach using one of the two available mountain bikes. You can also reach the beach easily by car. When you are staying in the villa with small children we especially recommend to visit Lagoa de Albufeira. The small children can play in the calm and warm water and the teenagers can enjoy the beach and the bigger waves of the ocean. Lisbon is reachable in 35 minutes and a visit to Lisbon should is a must in your holiday plans. If you like to play golf, there are 2 great golfresorts in 30 minutes from the villa (Aroeira golfresort and Quinta do Peru). Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
