The living room is a great place to hang out with your loved ones and one of its perks is the tall windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. This space has been equipped with a sectional sofa right in front of a large flatscreen Smart TV with streaming services and cable. When mealtime comes around, the chef of the group will have a wonderful kitchen at their disposal. It’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) and features shiny granite countertops. This home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bath while the guest bedroom has access to a full bath down the hall. Additional amenities found here are a private washer/dryer, a shared heated outdoor pool, and a shared tennis court. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Property Manager Arizona LLC. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city’s occupancy requirements. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. 2 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
