Originally built in 1937, the "Tucker House" is a beautiful example of classic Florida architecture. The welcoming wood and cedar panels throughout create the feel of a riverfront lodge, with the open full kitchen (set up with full-size, modern appliances) allowing plenty of room for good times. Fresh air is perhaps best enjoyed out in the comfortably furnished screened-in porch. But those who want to be right on the river will find plenty of space to relax in the covered outdoor gazebo. Have fun grilling or just enjoying the sunshine in the lovely backyard! The Sonos system is perfect for setting the mood with your favorite music. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
