Sterling Shores 606 Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay! When it’s time to head out, you and your guests can dive into the onsite lagoon and oasis-styled pools, work up a sweat in the well-equipped fitness room, utilize the shared grills, or grab a few munchies from the seasonal snack shack near the pool. After a day of fun, you’ll appreciate the central AC while you relax on the sofa. Watch some TV or check your social media accounts before calling it a night. THINGS TO KNOW Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. A queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. Elevators are available in the building. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 6. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
