The home boasts two large living areas, one with beautiful decorative tile through the main level and the other with beautiful hardwood floors. A private pool and kiddie pool, an in-home elevator, TVs in every bedroom, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean make this home spectacular! Head upstairs, and you’ll find the spacious, second-level living area with ample seating, a decorative fireplace, a large HDTV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, fridge, and wine cooler. It also has access to an upper-level ocean-view balcony with a gas grill. On the main level, the bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, one with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. One of the upstairs bedrooms provides a lovely ocean view, and two have en suite bathrooms. One connects to the adjacent den, which has an upstairs laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW The pool can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming. This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
