Charming, cheerful, and bright, this darling cottage at The Rookery is an easy walk - or an even quicker drive - from the incredible white sand beach that Gulf Shores and the Fort Morgan Peninsula are known for. As you come home from days spent swimming, sunbathing, and collecting sea shells, you’ll be greeted by a screened-in porch where you can kick back in an Adirondack chair with a cool drink in the balmy breeze. Inside, you’ll find an open, air-conditioned living space that brings together the kitchen, the six-person dining room table, and the living room with its flatscreen TV (one of three in the house, with TVs in the main bedroom and the daybed room as well). There’s a private washer/dryer where you can leave the day’s swimsuits to spin - or grab a fresh one on your way over to the community’s outdoor pool and hot tub. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
