The home has plenty of outdoor areas, including a downstairs bedroom with direct patio access, and the upstairs primary bedroom features two covered balconies with woodland views. Relax on the high-end furnishings of the open-air lounge on the spacious wraparound deck off the living area. There’s also a partially shaded dining table where you can dine alfresco. Host a family barbecue using the gas grill for an easy, savory meal. The house’s interior is lined with wood paneling to match the natural surroundings. Serve a home-cooked meal prepared in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything guests who love to cook need. After an active day of non-stop fun, settle into the comfy sofas in the living area and stream your favorite show on the smart TV or cozy up by the fireplace for some friendly conversation. Top it all off with a soak in your private hot tub before bed. Guests must travel by car to reach this home. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Eight adult bikes, a tricycle, and a Burley bike trailer are provided. A Pack ‘n Play, two booster seats, and age-appropriate dinnerware, books, games, and toys are available for younger guests. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
