Happily perched right at the water’s edge on Sebago Lake Basin, this sweet cottage in Standish is a place to spend your summers swimming, canoeing, and fishing in one of Maine’s most serene settings. This cottage is part of the Sebago Lake Lodge and Cottages, a property with 700 feet of lake frontage, swimming and docking areas, canoes to take out on the water, a fitness room, a firepit, and picnic areas. You’ll begin each morning in a cozy and inviting living space with generous windows, a full kitchen, and a private screened-in deck with a commanding view of the water. Once you’ve finished your coffee and breakfast, you can take a canoe out into Jordan Bay, go for a refreshing swim in the lake, and cap the day’s activities with an outdoor barbecue and s’mores roasted around the firepit. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
