Dream newly-built house in a quiet location in Sa Pobla, ideal for a holiday with family or friends!
The newly-built Villa is located at the north of the island in a very quiet area where you can find a lot of tranquility, At the entrance you have a lovely big living- dinningroom area in an open concept, has a fully equipped kitchen and provides an unobstructed view of the beautiful terrace. There are three bedrooms, one master on suite with bathtub, an two other bedrooms with two single beds in each and also a extra bathroom with shower.
The house has a large, well-kept and furnished terrace with comfortable sun beds. A place where you have to just enjoy the sunset views of the Tramuntana mounatins, also you are just about 15 minuts from Muro beach, shopping areas, restaurants etc, you will find easy everything you need.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption (0,35 €/kW).
- A refundable deposit is charged.
