Location:
This private farm, also known as Es Llogaret, is located just 10 minutes drive from the pretty town of Alaior, where visitors can find hand made crafts shops and visit the factory where the famous Mahon cheese is made. Beaches on both the south and north coast are less than 15 minutes drive away, as is the town of Mahón. Vehicle is necessary.
Exterior:
Although it dates from the 19th century the farmhouse was fully renovated, keeping the original architecture and the very typical Menorcan design. The exterior area is very cosy with views of the prehistoric monument of Torre d’en Gaumés. There is a stone barbeque, table and chairs, and a pergola creating an ideal spot for outdoor dining. For the children there is a play area, a small basketball court and a shallow children’s pool. The farmhouse also has its own 1500m long walking route around the grounds.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
