Tropical Awesome This is a three-bedroom, two-bath two-story, 1,260 sq. ft. split level duplex with a peek-a-boo ocean view in a great location with easy walking down half a block to the beach at 28th Street in Newport Beach, and about two blocks to the grocery store. It has a charming outdoor patio with an umbrella, outside dining for six, a gas grill, and a great seating nook for two where one can steal away and read or catch up with one another. The downstairs beach-chic great room boasts a well laid-out living room area with two large sofas, one of which has a full sofa bed. A flatscreen TV and a large French door that takes you to the patio round out this room’s amenities. A dining area for six and a modern kitchen that has everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone is right next to the living room area so it is easy for everyone to eat and be together inside as well. The queen primary bedroom is also downstairs. There is a bath with a shower/tub combination, and this bedroom also has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable and a flatscreen TV to keep you entertained. There is an additional queen bedroom upstairs in the back as well as a second bedroom with two twin beds. Like the primary bedroom, they each have a ceiling fan for your comfort. They share the second modern bathroom. Additional amenities include WiFi and cable, a washer and dryer for your convenience, parking for one car in the garage, and a pretty spacious carport that will accommodate all but the largest vehicles.
