The villa has four double size bedrooms and one family bedroom with two separate beds. It is located just four hundred meters from the famous Los Naranjos Golf Club, and nine hundred meters from La Quinta Golf Club. It has four bathrooms and separate guest w.c. The house is just two kilometers from the marina and beaches of Puerto Banus.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
There are fantastic relaxing areas both inside and outside. There is a large lounge and dining area on the ground floor, which also houses the thoroughly modern kitchen with all the expected modern appliances. Downstairs has the bar area and access to the pool and games area, which has the large Jacuzzi. The pool can be heated if required in spring or autumn....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Arrival out of schedule: 50 EUR per booking.
- Crib: 5 EUR per day. Min.: 30 EUR. Max. quantity: 3.
