The Home
Based in the centre of Doonbeg, this is a beautiful 3 bed detached property with private parking, lawns to front and rear modern centrally heated with also an open solid fuel fireplace. This comfortable, modern and spacious home has 3 large bedrooms (all upstairs) - 2 of the rooms are ensuite and the third room has use of the main bathroom with bath and shower. All beds are double beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your self-catering holiday. All bed linen and towels are provided. Along with an open fire, the home is also heated by oil central heating.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No pets allowed.
- A refundable security/damage cash deposit of 100 euro is required when checking in. This will be refunded on departure provided there are no breakages or damages.
- Cots and highchairs are not available at this house, guests should arrange to bring along their own if required.
