The garage/playroom is equipped with a Ping-Pong table, foosball table, corn hole boards, and a large selection of games and puzzles. There are bikes available so you can get out and explore Sunriver’s 30+ miles of paved bike paths. This home is steps away from Cardinal Landing Bridge, the Deschutes River, and the bike paths and trails of the Deschutes National Forest (all newly marked). The SHARC pool complex and the Village at Sunriver are both within two-and-a-half miles of the home and offer a variety of fun recreation, shopping options, and dining opportunities.
