With a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, while a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of MuranoFurnished with class, with a modern design that combines perfectly with the warm tones of the wood of the exposed beams, this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of an entrance, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with three sofas, one of which can become a double sofa bed, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, as well as all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. In addition, on the ground floor of the building there is a laundry room for common use. Within 450 m there are two convenience stores. Check-in is possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes the commissions that are charged to the resident.
