The propriety is located a few kilometres from Porto Cervo, inside the complex of Marina di Cala Granu, with a breathtaking view on the see and the beach of Cala Granu.
The chalet is inside of a property composed by 3 units with a shared entrance, it has covered outdoor park lots, conditioned air and wi fi internet.
On request, it is possible to rent also the chalet on the upper level of the same propriety, with a pool, for a total number of 10/12 guests.
Marina di Cala Granu is an excellent choice for families or friends groups, the house is fully equipped, near the areas of major interest of Porto Cervo but at the same time perfect for some relax immersed in the green.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
