This beach retreat provides plenty of space and privacy for a family or several couples, offering elegant furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and a large private balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy shared access to two heated bi-level pools, outdoor tennis courts, and a magnificent stretch of white-sand beach! The Gulf beach is a short walk from this condo, and the large sundeck surrounding the two pools is the perfect place to luxuriate in the Florida sunshine. Children and parents alike will love the kiddie pool and the children’s club (which offers a wide variety of activities for a fee) as well. Grand Boulevard is approximately one mile north, offering both casual and upscale dining and a variety of shopping options. Things to Know No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS’L Beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
