The Home
Villa Lunetta is spread across two spacious floors, with four bedrooms (two master suites and two guest rooms) and three bath or shower rooms. Outside you’ll find nearly 1,800 sqm of gardens with olive trees that are well over three hundred years old.
The stone floors throughout help keep the villa cool and welcoming. The master and first guest rooms also have magnificent sea views. There are five separate terrace areas and an outside eating area overlooking the pool and the sea. In addition to a heated pool, there is an outside shower room adjacent to the pool, as well as two comfortable eating areas.
For those looking to party in Cannes and Juan Les Pins, you can take a boat from the villa to St Tropez (it only takes 45 mins). If you’d prefer a retreat within easy reach of the hot-spots, then this is the place to be.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
