When entering this beautiful, cosi urbanization it reminds you of Andalucia. Cruckery with beautifull flowers are decorating the portals and windows of the urbanization. It has a great and kind athmosphere.
Entering the apartment the living room presents itself brightly with Scandinavian style decoration and a fully equipped kitchen to the left. The staircase gives you access to 2 bedrooms with both ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the upper terrace with beautifull views.
From the living there is access to a large terrace lounge area and dining area for 6 persons.
Sun lounges are provided by the urbanization at the communal pool area.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Baby high chair: 2 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 1.
- Arrival out of schedule: 50 EUR per booking.
- Crib: 5 EUR per day. Min.: 30 EUR. Max. quantity: 1.
