Park City Empire Dream is ideally located in Historic Park City – walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and about a mile to Park City’s historic Main Street, where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants, shopping, and an exciting nightlife. Park City offers free transit throughout Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction, making getting around town very simple (no car needed!).
This modern home with 2,805 square feet of luxury over four levels, offers beautiful hardwood floors with radiant heat throughout. Enter the property on the 3rd level into a spacious mud area entryway.
The main (second) level features the living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen. The living room has rustic upscale furnishings that surround a gas fireplace and a 55” Smart TV with Apple TV. Off the living room is a deck equipped with a Weber gas grill and sweet vistas.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Wolf appliances, including a four-burner gas range with griddle, Subzero refrigerator, marble countertops, and has all the utensils needed for every chef in the group. There is island seating for two and a lovely dining table with a window bench and seating for six. There is also a half bath on this level.
The grand master bedroom is on the third (entry) level and features a king bed, great views, and a 40” smart TV with Apple TV. The private bath has dual quartz counter sinks, and a soaking tub in an oversized tile shower with multiple shower heads.
The second master bedroom is on level four and has a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, 60” smart TV with Apple TV, private bath and deck. A perfect space for a small family.
Bedroom three is on the level one with a queen bed, 40” Smart TV with Apple TV, and a full shared bathroom with a tile shower.
Bedroom four on level one is a bunk room offering two twin over twin bunk beds - perfect for the younger set. It also has a 55” Smart TV with Apple TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. **Note: No window in this room.
Hot Tub: 6-Person private tub located on the level one back patio.
