You will enjoy your stay, any time of year, at the Deer Valley Comstock Lodge 302. It is situated in lower Deer Valley just a few hundred yards from the Snow Park Lodge, providing an easy walk to ski, and summer mountain activities and concerts. The shuttle bus stop is just across the street letting you easily hop on the free Park City Transit bus to take you throughout the area including Park City, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction.

The a log cabin design condo has 1,248 square feet, that holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms, to easily accommodate up to six guests.

Taking the elevator or stairs to the third floor, you’ll then enter the condo through the front door and into a large main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
