Sedona Grasshopper is located in the West Sedona area putting you near Hwy 89A and its many restaurants, shopping and much, much more! The property is also close to many trails and other wonderful Sedona attractions to truly experience the amazing Sedona landscape.
This property features single level living and 1,300 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests.
Upon entering through the front door, you will then step into the main living space, holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area — all with surrounding views of the red rock vistas.
Living Room: This room offers comfy furnishings, including a full-size sleeper sofa, a 55” Roku Smart TV with a sound bar and woofer.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers all the appliances and equipment you’ll need to make those delicious meals. And check out the views from the sink that will make dish washing enjoyable!
Dining Area: This area offers a table with seating for four guests and peaceful views.

Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, 43” Roku Smart TV, desk, patio access, and a private with dual sinks and shower
Bedroom 2 – Two twin beds (can be put together for a king bed upon request and a $30 fee), 43” Roku Smart TV, private access to a shared full bathroom with a shower.

Enjoy a partial fenced, private yard that offers a paver patio with a dining table, propane BBQ, and Corn Hole for a little fun. The entire space offers gorgeous views of the surrounding red rocks.
