Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Two bedrooms with king beds, ceiling fans, and ample storage • One king bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and dedicated workspace • Third bedroom with a bunk bed featuring full size mattresses, great for kids or friends • Two full bathrooms for convenience Living & Gathering Spaces • Open, inviting layout connecting the living and dining areas • Comfortable seating perfect for relaxing after a day out • Smart TV in the living room and one bedroom for entertainment Kitchen & Dining • Fully stocked kitchen with essential cookware and appliances • Dining area ideal for shared meals, morning coffee, or planning the day’s adventures Outdoor Space • Access to the backyard for relaxing outdoors • Quiet residential setting surrounded by classic Lowcountry live oaks Parking & Access • Private entrance with a short exterior staircase • Off street driveway parking for easy arrivals and departures Under the Live Oaks offers a peaceful, comfortable place to settle in and enjoy your next getaway! *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours outside (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
