This villa can accommodate up to 10 people, having 4 double bedrooms, one of which also has a sofa bed. The bedrooms are all with king size beds and private bathroom. A fifth bathroom serves the living area where a large lounge with a very particular structure will welcome you. The living room, with two large sofas and a fireplace where you can enjoy a few hours of relaxation even on the coldest days, is a unique construction where the lines of a large space with very high ceilings are cut by columns and large openings towards the ‘external. The view that the numerous windows offer on the valley where the colors of the foliage of the olive trees and the surrounding hills dominate is enchanting.
This villa has been completely renovated recently with the total recovery of an old Umbrian-Tuscan farmhouse from which wooden planks and parts of the trunk have also been recovered and then reused to make benches and stools for bedrooms and...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
