Stunning luxury, ground floor condo directly on Sugar Beach, one of Maui’s best beaches. The unit was completely remodeled floor to ceiling in 2017 and includes 2 bedrooms (2 king size beds) each with en-suite bathrooms, a full luxury kitchen, living area with large screen TV, wireless internet throughout, central air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. This 1100 sq ft unit boasts a 10x30 patio with 2 sliding glass doors 1 from the living room and 1 from the master bedroom. The floor-to-ceiling windows display breathtaking views of the beach and ocean from the kitchen, living, dining, and master bedroom areas. You can literally step out your door and onto the beach and walk for up to 5 miles unobstructed enjoying the calm warm waters or just walking in the sand watching the outriggers canoe by or enjoy the large pool right next to the condo. The condo also provides for your fun... beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, binoculars for whale watching (when in season), and a cooler for your excursions.

NANI KAI HALE:
Nani Kai Hale is a beautiful beachfront complex, complete with direct access to Maui’s longest beach; approximately- six miles of sugary sand to explore, swim, snorkel, boogie board and even surf at times. Walk beautifully manicured grounds and bask in the aroma of the lush tropical greenery including red and pink bougainvillea flowers, plumeria, bird of paradise, and feather palm trees. Enjoy the stunning views of the stretching beach and vibrant blue ocean or relax in a comfy lounge chair and enjoy the surf and thrilling activity of sea life, often including turtles, dolphins, and majestic humpback whales during winter migration (Dec- mid-April). Take advantage of the many on-site guest amenities, including a large walled in swimming pool, oceanfront lounge, and barbecue areas. Just up from the beach is a public wash off station to be used any time at your convenience, for cleaning off before residing back to your Maui hale(home). Each floor of the complex, with the exception of the first floor, has been outfitted with quarter operated laundry facilities and trash shoots (located near the elevator), each laundry room having two washers and two driers. Trash and recycling bins are located behind the elevator on the ground floor for your use.
NORTH KIHEI AREA:
Staying at Nani Kai Hale drops you right in the hub of island life, whether that be watching the local canoe practices out in the water (the kihei canoe club has visitor paddle days and times available that you can sign up for online), enjoying shave ice and baked goods, or walking the nearby park. Just a short approx- 15 minute drive takes you along south kihei road, through the cute beachside town of Kihei bursting with a variety of beaches, dining, and shopping perfect for an adventure on the town.
