Welcome to the beautiful Maison Bellini completely renovated in 2021! The four apartments are located in a beautiful detached house, surrounded by a lovely designed garden with a pool. These modern and preciously furnished apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday. The small holiday residence is only a short walk away from the beach, from the lake promenade, and from the center, and there is also a children’s playground just a few steps away from the house. The apartment Maison Bellini number 2 is suitable for up to 4 people, it is located on the ground floor and it has a private covered terrace. The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, another bed is in the living area on the comfortable double fold-away bed. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area leading to the furnished terrace. The large bathroom has the shower, the washbasin and a toilet. In the outdoor pool you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair. You can park your car in the parking spots belonging to the building. A perfect destination for eventful days with the family or a romantic time for two - you will definitely spend a wonderful holiday here! Toscolano-Maderno has a wonderfully mild climate.
