Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Bringing a furry friend? ? Pet fees are NOT automatically included in your reservation (even if you click the pet addition to your overal headcount). If you're bringing a pet, please let us know in advance, and we’ll send you a payment request. The pet fee is $100 per stay.
- Please no eating or drinking on the living room furniture. March 2025 features brand new furniture. Thank you in advance for keeping it tidy for all to enjoy!
- No smoking inside
- No parties or events
- Check-in: Anytime after 4 PM | Check-out: 10:30 AM (No exceptions offered during peak months of May through September)
- Must be 25 years of age and older. We do not rent to large high school or college-aged groups.
- Please pick up after your pet and try your best to keep pets off furniture and bedding.
- All reservations feature damage insurance in case any accidental damages occur.
