The Home
The Sea View Villa is carefully decorated with respect to the Cycladitic architecture and are divided in three levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwashing machine, a comfortable dining area and a relaxing living room with a WC. Right in front of the living room there is a veranda by the pool with a wonderful sitting area.
On the second floor a bright bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom offer you a quiet and relaxing environment. From the balcony you can enjoy the fabulous view of Ornos bay.
The third floor has its own bathroom and two single beds. Villa is air conditioned, come with a satellite flat screen TV set, hairdryer, safe deposit box, washing machine, free wi-fi access & parking area. Daily maid service is provided.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
