In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 9, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.
As of January 2023, there is a new house being constructed on the adjacent property. The project is estimated to last until April 2025; however, we are limited in knowing the exact timing and the possible impact delays may have. Current rates are reflective of this information.
This luxury Kiawah Island vacation rental is in a prestigious neighborhood behind the second security gate. The home features 4 bedrooms, a private pool, and direct beach access via a path located behind the driveway.
The large family room is highlighted by soaring ceilings, ample windows and natural light, plenty of comfortable seating, and access to the screened porch. The dining area, that seats 6, and the fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the family room. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining and offers high-end appliances, granite countertops, a kitchen island that seats 4, and butler’s pantry. The game room has a pool table, wall-mounted TV, comfortable seating, and access to the back deck. Travel through the game room, past the half bath, and see the first-floor primary suite that features a king bed, TV, private bathroom with two vanities, walk-in shower, standalone bathtub, and large walk-in closet. A den with a TV is also located on the main floor.
Ascend the stairs to the second floor and you will see two bedroom entrances. One bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom while the second bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed, a twin bed, and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a porch. Go up to the third floor and you will find the secondary suite with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom.
The outdoor space is just as lovely as the interior. Enjoy the nature views while lounging on the back deck or relaxing in the screened porch equipped with a ceiling fan. A pool completes the outside features. There really is something for the whole family at this lovely home!
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The home has a pool table for great family fun!
The dimensions of the pool are 18’ x 20’. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $100 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home’s front entrance and driveway. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
