This Kiawah Island vacation rental boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, beautiful porch serviced by mosquito misting system, and a private, heated pool. The home is located mid-island behind the second gate of Kiawah and is a 10-minute bike ride to the beach. Walk in through the front door and immediately notice the updated finishes and hardwood floors throughout the luxury home. To the left, you will see a dining table that seats 8, perfect for enjoying meals while on vacation. The sitting room features a writing desk, TV, and a half bathroom. Straight ahead is a large living area with 2 comfortable sofas, 2 swivel chairs, a small table, TV, and access to the porch and pool area. There is also second living area upstairs with 2 swivel chairs, a game table for 4, TV, and a wet bar. This space would be the perfect kid or teen area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and highlighted by a large center island. Guests will enjoy cooking with the stainless steel Thermador appliances and having access to a wet bar with a wine cooler. The first-floor primary suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and has direct access to the porch. The spacious primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and two sinks. Upstairs, you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the left are the remaining two bedrooms: one bedroom features a queen-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and the other bedroom offers two twin trundle beds and a TV. There is a nearby hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the back porch and private pool, which can be heated, invite you to sit back and unwind. Enjoy dining on the back porch with a table and chairs that seats 6. Two chaise lounge chairs allow guests to relax by the pool. A ping pong table is located in the garage. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The dimensions of the pool are 8’ W x 18’ L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation. Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the front entrance of the home. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay!
