This magnificent 3 bedroom apartment is located in an idyllic urbanization, surrounded by a golf course. It has a very careful decoration and large windows that allow the entry of natural light, and open spaces that communicate with the private terrace, which surrounds the apartment and also has a garden area.
Upon entering the house we find a large hall that give access to the different rooms. The kitchen, in addition to having all the necessary utensils, has a dining area. The living room, very spacious and bright, has a sofa area and a second dining area. This has direct access to the large terrace, from which you can enjoy privileged views of the urbanization and gardens.
The 3 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. Two of them have two single beds of 100 x 200 cm. The third one has two beds of 90 x 200 cm. Two of the 3 bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
