Give yourself the break you deserve in this beautiful beachfront condo. You can enjoy a day walking on the beach, take a dip in one of Pinnacle Ports’ two pools, or go for a bike ride around the gated Carillon community. Either way, you can not go wrong with this quaint and cozy condo. You have two primary bedrooms, both of which have a full bathroom, and a sofa bed for any friends tagging along on vacation. Off of the living area, you’ll find the personal washer/dryer. Return from the beach to snuggle up in the living room and watch a fun movie or sports game on the TV. From the partial beach views to the stone-walled shower, you feel like you’re being pampered in the warmest place on earth. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Property Manager office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
