Villa is located on one of the largest islands in Croatia, on the east side of the island Brac just few minutes from beautiful village Sumartin, in area called Puntinak, and at the end of a one-way street. Villa is both modern and charming, this traditional Dalmatian stone-built villa from the 19th century was newly renovated in 2017 and has everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The green pine trees and the deep blue sea in its immediate vicinity and the views from Villa are truly magnificent.
Aside from the typical Mediterranean exterior, this villa also has a very beautiful and functional interior. Villa is on 2 levels, on the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and the infinity swimming pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
