Villa is located on one of the largest islands in Croatia, on the east side of the island Brac just few minutes from beautiful village Sumartin, in area called Puntinak, and at the end of a one-way street. Villa is both modern and charming, this traditional Dalmatian stone-built villa from the 19th century was newly renovated in 2017 and has everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The green pine trees and the deep blue sea in its immediate vicinity and the views from Villa are truly magnificent. Aside from the typical Mediterranean exterior, this villa also has a very beautiful and functional interior. Villa is on 2 levels, on the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and the infinity swimming pool. On the first floor, there is a comfortable living room with access to the terrace with magnificent sea living room view – perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. From here leads to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, terraces and outdoor infinity pool.  Within the villa, there are 3 beds and sofa bed. It is suitable accommodation for up to 6+2 people. Next to the living room, there are a kitchen and dining room. One bathroom is also nearby. The ground floor of the villa is designed as a sleeping zone. There are 2 bedrooms equipped with twin beds and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms have direct access to the terrace with infinity edge swimming pool and sun beds. Villa, besides its charming interior, offers a comfortable, furnished and sun-bathed exterior in the terrace area, where there is an outdoor solar heated swimming pool (7mx3,5m) surrounded by comfortable deck chairs. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Here, you can soak up the warm rays of the sun during the day and in the romantic evenings, gaze at the starry sky. Next to the pool, there is also big dining table and fireplace, where you can prepare many delicacies of the Dalmatian region. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac.
