This two-level townhouse is conveniently located to enjoy the resort amenities of Eagle Crest or simply stay in by the cozy fireplace and enjoy the expansive view. The kitchen has been updated with newer appliances and is equipped with everything you’ll need. The main level bedroom has twin beds and a queen sleeper. The upstairs main suite with a balcony has a king bed and a soaking tub with a view too. This home is equipped with the following baby items for use during your stay including; a high chair, booster seat, playpen with basset, and infant backpack. Parking is out in front with one assigned spot and several available on the street. There is a river trail a short walk away and the other biking and hiking trails are nearby. All your favorite Central Oregon activities are only a short drive away....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
