This home is also on the free shuttle route that can take you to Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, Park City Resort, and Canyons Village.
This spacious townhome offers two levels, three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms within 2,059 square feet to accommodate up to eight guests.
You will enter the home via a private entrance from the community garage. You will step into a mudroom with locker-style cubbies, gear/coat hooks and gear storage. One floor up is the home’s great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area — all with an airy ambiance from the vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
