Comfortable and spacious apartment located on the ground floor, connected to a beautiful and huge garden terrace for the exclusive use of guests. The beautiful terrace with veranda is equipped with outdoor table, deck chairs, barbecue fireplace, ideal for families or couples of friends.
The apartment is furnished with care and is composed of a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, a kitchen with access to the back garden, two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms; can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is fully equipped. At guests’ disposal there is a large swimming pool shared with the other apartments of the residence. Large garage under the house where you can park two cars, bicycles or your boat.
It is located in a quiet area, about a kilometer from the beach of Porto Torchio and a short walk from the small town of Montinelle where there are restaurants, a small supermarket and ice cream shop.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
